OARC Training Course Dates
OARC offers a range of support options for amateur radio training. Thanks to the depth of expertise in our membership, we run regular courses with strong pass rates.

Foundation Training

Course Options
We run courses on both weekdays and weekends. You may also sit your exam with us, or apply to the RSGB to sit your exam shortly after your course.
Weekday format
Five training sessions & 1 exam session starting at 7pm, typically 1–2 hours.
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (exam candidates only)
Weekend format
Full-day sessions 9:30am–4:30pm Saturday and Sunday, with exams on Sunday evening.
All sessions run on Zoom, with recordings available on demand.
